Purpose

To create a local community better suited to bringing each person’s hope to life

In order to align its views with the Bank’s stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, and employees, the Chiba Bank Group seeks to continue serving as a close presence for each person and company within the local community, as well as a place where stakeholders’ hopes can come to life. To this end, the Chiba Bank Group has established a core purpose of “to create a local community better suited to bringing each person’s hope to life”.

Vision

An Engagement Bank Group that works closely with the community

In order to achieve this purpose, the Chiba Bank Group has established a corporate vision of “an Engagement Bank Group that works closely with the community”. We aim to become a Bank Group that seeks to keep growing together along with the entire region by providing value through deep connections with all of its stakeholders including customers, shareholders, and employees.

Three Pledges

To ensure that each officer and employee consistently acts in accordance with our Purpose and Vision, the Chiba Bank Group has established the Three Pledges. These action principles serve as a guiding framework, connecting our Purpose and Vision with the actions of our officers and employees, and supporting the entire organization. To foster an organizational culture where officers and employees can act proactively, driven by empathy, we will continue our efforts to embed our Purpose and Vision throughout the organization. With each officer and employee of our group embodying the Three Pledges, we will continue to deliver the highest value to individual customers and companies, as well as to the entire regional society.
